Risk Disclosure:

Awareness of Risks:
Engaging in mountain biking with TreadmarkNZ presents inherent risks, such as navigating steep slopes, obstacles, and challenging terrain. Despite our commitment to safety, accidents and injuries are possible.

Acknowledgement of Risks:
By participating, you acknowledge the risks involved. Adhering to safety guidelines and properly using equipment is crucial. You accept responsibility for your actions during our sessions.

Cancellation Policy:
- No charge for cancellations made 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee.
- Full refunds or credits are provided if TreadmarkNZ cancels a session due to weather conditions.

Media Policy:

Purpose:
We use client photos/videos for marketing, ensuring anonymity.

Opting Out:
You have the right to opt out of the use of your images at any time, preventing their use in future materials.

Usage:
Client images may be used for promotional purposes, with care taken to avoid identifying features.
