Cancellation Policy

1. Peak Period
-The Peak Period applies annually from 1 December to 20 April of the following year, as well as applicable New Zealand public holidays, long weekends and school holidays.
-If any part of the guests stay falls within the Peak Period, the entire booking will be subject to the Peak Period cancellation policy.
-Full payment is required at the time of booking for Peak Period bookings.
-All Peak Period bookings are strictly non-refundable. No refund will be provided for:
*Cancellations
*No-shows
*Late arrivals
*Early departures
*Unused nights

2. Non-Peak Period
For bookings made during the Non-Peak Period:
-Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
-If a guest asks Sundale Holiday Park staff to process a cancellation on their behalf, a NZD $25 administration fee will apply.
-Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable. The guest will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

3. Booking Amendments
-Guests may request changes to their booking, including:
*Arrival date
*Departure date
*Length of stay
*Number of guests
All changes are subject to availability and may result in a rate difference.
-Reducing the number of nights, number of guests, or the total booking value may be treated as a partial cancellation, and applicable cancellation fees may apply.
