Take it easy and embrace the ambience and privacy of Soggy Bottom farm, situated in a beautiful location with spectacular views over farmland, sea and across to Farewell Spit.
With the property backing onto Kahurangi National Park, the house is surrounded by lawns and native bush including a small family of Peacocks.
Bird lovers will enjoy the song of the native Tui and Bellbird.
The beach is at the end of the drive way and is a popular spot for King fishing and white baiting.

The space
The house is two story and recently renovated with a new Kitchen and Bathroom, new carpet and freshly painted through out.
There are two large bedrooms upstairs and one small bedroom down stairs.
Guest access
Access to the house is off the Collingwood - Puponga Main Road.
The gravel driveway takes you up to the house where there is a roundabout and plenty of room to park.
There is a carport available for one car.
Other things to note
There is a family of Peacocks roaming the property.
The house is situated on a dairy farm.
No dogs allowed.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking more than 5 days before arrival you will received a full refund minus booking fees. If you cancel between 24 hours and 5 days before arrival you will only receive a refund if the property can be resold for the entire length of the stay. No refund is provided if you cancel within 24 hours of arrival or in the case of a no show. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Covid related cancellations are looked at on an individual basis at the discretion of the owner.
