Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
Bookings can be cancelled up until 2 days (48 hours) prior to arrival without incurring a charge. However, any cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first nights accommodation. For multiple or group reservations, 30 days notice of cancellation is required. If this is not given 100% of the total accommodation charges will be charged. Damage costs: I/We acknowledge that the cost incurred for repair or cleaning of property as a result of deliberate or reckless or avoidable acts will be charged to me/us at the first reasonable opportunity.
