Cancellation Policy

72 hours, first night
Guest can cancel or modify the reservation without penalty up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to check-in. Cancellations or modifications made within 72 hours before arrival, as well as no-shows, will incur a penalty equivalent to the first night of the reservation. Reservations for dates between 23 December and 10 January are non-refundable.
