Paheke is a boutique accommodation business therefore cancellations impact us significantly.
We understand that unexpected events occur please contact us in the event you need to cancel so that we may assist you.
We require 7 days’ notice of cancellation or a reduction of your reservation before check-in.
Cancellations within the 7 days will incur 15% of the total fee.
Cancellations within 2 days or less will incur 100% of the total fee.
