Northridge Country Lodge on Auckland's north shore have wide sweeping views of the extensive manicured gardens, lush greens and statuesque pines that flank our golf course.

Northridge is home to 27 elegant and tastefully appointed rooms. Each room can accommodate two guests in style and comfort. All rooms are equipped with ensuite tiled bathrooms, television, modem connections, WIFI available throughout the lodge, air-conditioning, irons and ironing boards, plus a selection of teas. Our spacious rooms with outdoor decking have been individually designed for relaxation and enjoyment ensuring our guests have a pleasant stay with us here at Northridge Country Lodge.

Cancellation Policy

Terms & Condition
Northridge Golf Resort Terms and Conditions are set out for the safety and enjoyment of all guests staying. The person checking into the unit and/or signing the registration card acknowledges and agrees that these conditions apply and extend to any person occupying or visiting Northridge Country Lodge and/or using the facilities in the complex at the invitation of or with authority of the Guest. Guests agree to pay all charges incurred by them and their visitors during their stay including any fees or charges incurred as a result of a breach of the terms and conditions below.



Bookings: All bookings made require a valid credit card number and expiry to confirm the reservation. These details are held for security purposes on file and we do not charge until arrival.



Alternatively, we can accept a deposit, the terms of which will be specified by management. Please refer to Online Booking Terms & Conditions when booking through an online service.



Cancellations made within 48 hours prior of your arrival date will incur charges for the full first night's accommodation or loss of deposit.



Group booking cancellation policy will be advised and confirmed when the booking is made.



Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival and check-out is before 10am on the day of departure.



For early check-in/late check-out please make prior arrangements with management.



Cancellation: Cancellation of a reservation within 48 hours of the check-in date and time (ie. from 2pm, 2 days prior to check-in date) may result in charges equivalent to the first night's accommodation, loss of deposit, loss of cheque deposit, or charges against the credit card number held on file.



As stated in paragraph 3 above, there will be charges against the room/rooms with unfulfilled bookings where there is no reinstatement of booking.



No Show: Guests that fail to arrive without any prior explanation to management will be treated as a "No Show" and as such may be liable for the full accommodation charge.

Deposit Policy: No reservation will be secured without valid credit card details or deposit for the full room rate for the booking.



Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, Unipay, Wechat Pay, Alipay and Cash.



Northridge Country Lodge does not accept account payment by cheque.



Pre-bookings: Pre-booking is recommended during peak seasons.



Arrival Times: Northridge Country Lodge holds your room until 6pm, unless notified of a later arrival, when booking is not guaranteed, that is without a credit card guarantee and/or a deposit paid. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund or reinstatement, as stated above, to make room for other guests.



Departure Time: All guests must check out before 10am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made with management. If a later departure time is required there will be a charge of 1 night's accommodation.



Additional Charges:



Lost keys: $25 per key



Dry-Cleaning bedspreads, duvets and valances: $80 per item



Extra care room cleaning surcharge: $60 per room



Carpet cleaning: $160 per room



Damage to rooms: cost of repair to new/replacement and loss of accommodation during repair/replacement



Breakages: cost of repair to new/replacement and loss of accommodation during repair/replacement



Missing chattels: cost of replacement and loss of accommodation until replaced



Lost property returns: arrangement required with management



Smoking: Strictly prohibited in all the rooms and buildings. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas and if the smoking policy is breached, 2 nights' full accommodation with the accumulated accommodation accounts, will be charged without reinstatement and the guest may have to arrange other accommodation instantaneously

Code of Conduct for Golfers


1. General Behaviour

1.1 Respect for Others

All players, staff, and visitors should treat each other with respect and courtesy at all times. Offensive language, discrimination, harassment, and bullying are strictly prohibited.



1.2 Adherence to Rules and Regulations

All users must adhere to the rules and regulations of the golf course, as well as any posted notices or instructions from staff.



1.3 Safety First

Always prioritize safety by being aware of your surroundings, using equipment responsibly, and reporting any hazards or incidents to staff immediately.



1.4 Alcohol and Substance Use

Consumption of alcohol is allowed only in designated areas. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.



1.5 Dress Code

Proper golf attire is required on the course. This includes collared shirts, appropriate footwear, and no denim. All players must adhere to the dress code.



2. Golfing Etiquette

2.1 Tee Time Punctuality

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tee time. If you cannot make your tee time, notify the club in advance.



2.2 Pace of Play

Maintain a reasonable pace of play. Allow faster groups to play through if you are holding them up.



2.3 Respect for the Course

Repair divots, ball marks on the green, and rake bunkers after use. Avoid causing unnecessary damage to the course.



2.4 Equipment Use

Only use equipment in designated areas and handle it with care. Ensure that carts are driven responsibly and stay on designated paths.



2.5 Course Maintenance

Follow any instructions from groundskeepers and staff to facilitate course maintenance and improvement efforts.



3. Interaction with Staff and Other Players

3.1 Professional Conduct

Treat all staff and other players with professionalism and respect. Refrain from disruptive behaviour, including shouting or inappropriate gestures.



3.2 Conflict Resolution

In the event of a disagreement, address it calmly and respectfully. If necessary, seek assistance from course staff to resolve the issue.



3.3 Feedback and Complaints

Provide constructive feedback and report any issues or concerns to the management in a respectful and timely manner.



4. Environmental Stewardship

4.1 Littering

Dispose of all trash and recyclables in designated bins. Do not litter on the course or surrounding areas.



4.2 Wildlife Respect

Do not disturb wildlife on the course. Avoid feeding animals and respect their habitats.



4.3 Sustainable Practices

Use water and other resources responsibly. Support and participate in any sustainability initiatives promoted by the course.



5. Compliance and Consequences

5.1 Adherence to Local Laws

Abide by all local, state, and federal laws while on the premises.



5.2 Disciplinary Actions

Failure to comply with this code of conduct may result in warnings, suspension of privileges, or expulsion from the course, depending on the severity of the violation.



5.3 Appeals Process

Individuals who feel they have been unfairly disciplined can appeal the decision to course management in writing within 7 days of the incident.



6. Additional Guidelines

6.1 Junior Golfers

Junior golfers must be supervised by an adult and adhere to all course rules and guidelines.



6.2 Tournament Conduct

Participants in tournaments must follow additional rules specific to the event and respect the decisions of tournament officials.



6.3 Member Responsibilities

Members should act as role models, promoting a positive and respectful environment and assisting in the enforcement of this code of conduct.





By adhering to this code of conduct, all users of the golf course contribute to a positive experience for everyone and help maintain the course's standards and reputation.
