Customer cancellations:
More than 7 days before departure – full refund (less any booking/processing fees).
2–7 days before departure – 50% refund.
Less than 48 hours before departure – no refund.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Company cancellations: If we need to cancel due to weather, safety, operational, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.
