The complex features 23 outdoor pools of varying temperatures. The Oasis Zone includes our Rock Pools, Cascade Pools and Aquatherapy Pools, offering spaces to switch off, relax, recharge and restore. The Play Zone offers endless adventures for friends and family to make memories, with four hydroslides, lazy rivers and aquaplay zones for those who want to let their inner child come out to play.
Beyond the pools, the property offers a premier day spa, with treatments designed to leave guests floating out as a new version of themselves, mind and body rejuvenated. Cancellation Policy
Refusal of entry, cancellation and closure You may be refused entry or requested to leave the Pools (at our discretion) if you are in breach of any of these terms, fail to properly supervise persons under your care, are objectionable to other customers or us, or are, for any reason, disturbing, causing discomfort or threatening the safety or security of another patron or us (including any of our staff).
We reserve the right to inspect your bags or other goods in your possession immediately upon request for reasonable security purposes.
We may cancel or suspend any Product you have purchased or refuse entry at our sole discretion, including where we reasonably believe the same has been obtained in an unlawful or improper manner or in breach of these terms.
We may close the Pools on a permanent or temporary basis at any time (at our discretion) without notice including due to inclement weather, safety, refurbishment, maintenance, Acts of God or government mandated lockdown or similar restriction. We may impose restrictions or limitations on access to pools or other areas at the Pools at any time.
Refunds Non-redeemable. All Products and gift vouchers (whether purchased directly from us or from a third party supplier) are not redeemable for cash, are non-refundable (subject to our discretion), non-exchangeable and cannot be on-sold. You are not entitled to a refund of Products where you fail to comply with these terms including, to the extent permitted by law, no refund will be given if you fail to provide suitable evidence of vaccination against COVID-19 or otherwise fail to comply with our Covid Policy.
Change of mind. Refunds on Products will not be granted due to change of mind.
Consumer laws: Nothing in these terms will limit or affect your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) or the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA) and you have rights under both the CGA and FTA as a consumer.
