Deposits & Payments:

• To confirm a multi-day tour, a non-refundable deposit of $300 per person is required.

• The remaining balance is due 30 days before your tour; you’ll receive an automated reminder.

• Deposits can be transferred to a future booking if you cancel. Changes to itineraries after deposit incur a $100 admin fee (plus costs for changes in dates or accommodation).

How to Pay:

• Payment by direct credit: 06-0350-0885590-00 (ANZ, Kerikeri, NZ)

• International payments: SWIFT code ANZBNZ22

• Use your Booking ID as the payment reference.

• Only one payment per booking/invoice (no split group payments).

You’ll receive a revised invoice when we receive your deposit.
Terms & Conditions: Cycle Nelson

Cycle Nelson is a trading name of Cycles of Life Ltd (“the Operator”). The Client is the customer.

1. Bike Hire & Liability:

   You’re responsible for loss or damage to bikes and equipment, including helmets, crash damage, and missing components.

   Electric bikes must not be taken through salt water; callout fees apply for unscheduled pick-ups.

2. Risks & Safety:

   Cycling activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you take responsibility for your own safety, health, and for any children in your care.

   You release Cycle Nelson and its staff from liability, as permitted by NZ law, for injury, loss, or damage.

3. Waiver:

   By joining, you accept all terms and confirm you are medically fit for cycling.

   You agree to comply with safety instructions and indemnify Cycle Nelson for any claims resulting from your own or your group’s actions.

4. Insurance:

   You must arrange your own travel insurance, including medical cover. Our bikes are not insured while in your possession.

5. Delays & Third Parties:

   Cycle Nelson is not liable for disruptions, losses, or delays due to weather or third party services.

6. Pricing:

   If third party rates change, any additional costs may be passed on to you.

7. Changes:

   We may update these terms at any time.

8. New Zealand Law:

   NZ law applies. Visitors must have their own medical and travel insurance. The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies to all bookings.

9. Safety Notice:

   You must declare relevant medical conditions. You can request access to or correction of your personal information at any time.

10. Luggage:

    We take the utmost care with your bags but are not responsible for loss or damage caused by third parties. Valuables should be kept on your person.

Extreme Weather:

• Cycle Nelson reserves the right to cancel or modify tours in extreme weather for participant safety. Shuttles will be provided if needed.

By paying your deposit and/or ticking “I agree” online, you and your group accept all the above terms.
