We are old fashioned, breakfast will be home made, including the bread, jams and bottled fruit. all other food is either grown here or sourced locally.
Your stay also gives access to the use of the spa and guest lounge
A beautiful old style home built in the early 1900's, a little hidden gem within the city limits, 13km to city center, that is placed within the Blockhouse Bay reserve. Seconds away from the beach as well as being handy to the coastal walking tracks that are in the area.
We offer homemade breads, preserves and spreads, fresh or toasted muesli, freshly ground coffee and a collection of teas from A to Z!
The spa, WiFi internet, and toiletry items are complimentary and are all included as part of the package for your stay.
BBQ, laundry service, airport transfer & massage service are optional extras, prices to be advised and paid directly to the host.
Packed picnic lunch and evening meal with hosts are also available, please ask host for prices.

If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before arrival you will receive a full refund of monies paid. No refund is provided for cancellations within 7 days of arrival or in the case of a no show. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
