We are a luxury accommodation offering both self contained/self catered accommodation and bed & breakfast hosted accommodation. Our accommodation is in a separate wing of our modern contemporary house and is accessed by a separate driveway, guest parking area and separate guest entrance, offering seclusion and privacy for our guests away from the main house..

Directions
From Nelson airport, take SH6 towards Richmond. After crossing several sets of traffic lights in Richmond, take the third exit at the Three Brothers Roundabout, in the direction of MOTUEKA and COLLINGWOOD. After about 20km on SH60 you will see TASMAN and Aporo Road signed on your right. Take this exit and enter the Tasman Village. Almost opposite the Tasman General Store, turn left into KINA BEACH ROAD; after about 2km turn left into KINA PENINSULA ROAD and follow the estuary (on your left). Just before the road becomes unsealed by the ocean there is a private roadway on your left. There are mailboxes on the corner and an ALMYRA sign. Take this private roadway and drive up to the SECOND driveway on your left. This is the guest entrance to the accommodation. Drive down to the property and park in the guest parking area.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation occurs within 28 days of arrival then 50% of the booking becomes payable. If cancellation within 7 days of arrival 100% of the booking becomes payable. If we are able to relet we will waive these charges but an administrative fee of $100 is payable at all times once a booking has been confirmed
