Cancellation Policy
CHANGES TO BOOKINGS:
We reserve the right to cancel or alter any tour or price at any time.
CANCELLATIONS:
Akaroa Stargazing will provide a full refund or credit for cancellations if made more than 24 hours prior to your tour. We reserve the right to charge 100% for no-shows. Should Akaroa Stargazing cancel a tour for any reason such as inclement weather Akaroa Stargazing will provide either a full refund or will reschedule at your option.
HEALTH AND SAFETY:
We have a no smoking and/or drinking policy during any of our stargazing tours.
We reserve the right to refuse admission if a participant is intoxicated or under the influence of illicit substances. In this instance no refund will be given.
All children must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian to ensure minimal disruption to other guests. Night Awe is restricted to children 5 years and over whereas Date Night has no age restrictions.
