Cancellation Policy
A deposit of one nights accommodation is required to secure all bookings. For cancellations prior to 7 days of your arrival the deposit will be refunded less a $20 booking fee. However for cancellations within 7 days of arrival the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
COVID-19 VACCINATION POLICY
We care about our Amber Kiwi Holiday Park family and with frequent stays from high (COVID-19) risk guests (elderly physically disabled children and hospital patients) we wish to take measures to make their stay/visit a safe and happy one. With our legal Health and Safety obligations to minimise risk to our guests staff and contractors in mind we will be adopting a COVID-19 ‘My Vaccine Pass’ ONLY entry/stay requirement (No jab/exemption No stay) from Wednesday 15th December 2021.
The booking reservation holder is responsible to ensure the entire group in the booking has a COVID-19 Vaccination Pass and can provide this upon request to Amber Kiwi Holiday Park staff. Children under the age of 12 years old at the time of their visit will not be required to show a COVID-19 Vaccine Pass (where ineligible for COVID-19 vaccination).
